Banana Bread never was a part of my family cookbook. The first time I tried banana bread was seven years ago, when I came to the US. Since then I’ve been in love in this delicious treat!
Every time I have ripe bananas, I know exactly how I will use them. Specially in summer time, when you buy a bunch of bananas one day and the next day they to yellow to eat… I also use this recipe to make this banana bread for my neighbors, my son’s teachers and even nurses at my doctor office. Everyone enjoy this desert!
