One of the ways to use My Grandma’s Yeast Dough Recipe is to bake rose shaped pastries. Very beautiful pastries that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with perfect amount of sweetens! I just love to have one (or two)) with my morning or afternoon coffee.
At first glance it may seem that they are difficult to make, but it’s just the opposite. The process is so simple that even kids can do that. This is a wonderful way to attract them to help in the kitchen and spend time together.
My son always helps me bake the rose shaped pastries. He wears his little chef hat and apron, then brings over the chair and stand by me putting the flour on the table and rolling out flat circles of dough…)))
Isn’t he cute?
I love my little chef!
